Understanding the Rental Service We Provide

We assist lessors by:

• Providing a rental valuation of the leased property.
• Finding a willing and able tenant, which includes employment and credit checks where necessary.
• Collecting and holding deposit with an attorney in trust
• Preparing lease agreement for both parties to sign.
• Collecting advance rental.
• Completing checklist before lessee takes occupation, and when he/she vacates the property. Interim property checks are done within reason during the term of the lease at the lessor’s request.
• Collecting monthly rental from lessee and deposit to lessor.

Agency fees:

Lease agreement: R650, 00 including VAT*
Procurement: 1/11th of the annual rental
Monthly rental collection fee : 10% per month including VAT.
