Basil Naidoo (Managing Manager), has been assisting property sellers and buyers in most areas of Durban since 2002. A bank official of a major bank for 11 years, Basil resigned in 2001 as home loans manager and opened Binardo Property Consultants CC in 2004 after trading as a sole prop for two years.

Following tremendous success as an independent estate agent, Basil was approached by the Acutts Group and traded as an Acutts franchise where property sales per his franchise agreement were restricted to a specific area. He now trades independently as Dedicated Property with no area restrictions, but with a special focus on Phoenix and surrounding areas.

Basil is assisted by a motivated team of DEDICATED consultants and fully supports the agent-from-home concept, which most of the time, means that he and his team are ready and willing to attend to all clients, during and beyond normal working hours!
